After two weeks of virtually continuous rain, the
Renfrewshire village of Houston today saw saw some sunshine. Well, blue sky at least.
About chuffin’ time, too!
And it made for a lovely sunset.
The transition from rain to sun was quite spectacular, although not captured quite so well by my camera. Misty,on the left, didn’t appear much impressed, but Bramble was a tad more excited.

The photos are great and I think many of us can appreciate the joy of a sunny day after two weeks of rain.

Believe me, Vicki – when you think you’re in line to develop trench-foot and the dogs’ paws start to morph webbing between the toes …..yup, THAT bad. 😀
(No Collies in my packs at present, but gotta say, the ones I’ve looked after were SO clever and friendly.)

We have had lots of rain in the midwest, too. I can think we can all appreciate some sunshine.

Look at all that fantastic open space. Your dogs must love living there.

Yeah – we”re very lucky here in Renfrewshire. Loads of lovely country walks. If only it weren’t for the chuffin’ rain!! 🙂
